Accreditation

CSPS is a registered institute with Higher Education Commission (Government of Pakistan) and Higher Education Regulatory Authority (HERA) Government of Khyber Pukhtunkhuwa. HND at CSPS is equivalent to 2 years Bachelors in Pakistan. After completing HND they can continue at CSPS to complete their four years bachelors. Students can also get admission in MBA in HEC recognized institute after completing their HND.

ABOUT COURSE

HND is short for Higher National Diploma.It is a work-related Business and Technology Education Council (BTEC) qualification offered by the Pearson board -one of the largest UK awarding bodies. HND provides students with hands-on coursework along with an opportunity to go to a UK university in the final year of Bachelor’s Studies to complete his/her degree.Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission (HEC) has given HND the equivalency  of two years of a Bachelor’s degree.

While a Bachelor’s degree tends to focus on gaining knowledge,HND is designed to provide  you with skills to utilize that knowledge in a particular job.HND takes two years to complete and is highly valued by employers around the globe.It is provided by about 400 universities and further education colleges in the UK.

Assessment Method

HND is mainly assessed through assignments,projects and practical tasks that students have to complete
throughout their course.

Where Can It lead To?

HND is designed to provide you with the skills for a certain field of work. It can lead you straight to a career. You can also enhance your HND to a Bachelor’s degree in the UK by a top­ up year study.Once you complete the course,it can allow you an entry into the second or third year of a Bachelor’s degree program in numerous institutions worldwide. Students can even enroll in an MBA program in Pakistan once they complete their HND or continue with ICM at CSPS.
